  • We currently do not accept returns.



  • All exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase. 

  • All exchanges must be done for another item of equal value.

  • Customers exchanging items are responsible for the shipping cost of the return and new item(s).

  • If the wrong item is delivered,  Royalty Clothing will cover the cost of shipping both ways.

  • If items are returned to us by USPS due to incomplete or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for the postage of re-shipment.

  • If the address is entered wrong at checkout, please reach out to us IMMEDIATELY! (within 24 hours preferably)  Royalty Clothing is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  •  Royalty Clothing is NOT responsible for lost packages of any kind after a package is received by the mail-carrier service.

  • If you receive a defective item, email us with your order number, detailed description, and image (if possible) of the defect. We will review and reply within 24 hours with a resolution.
